1. Determine the battery voltage V of your electric car, or the output voltage of the original charger. 1 Look at the original charger to determine the voltage: the general battery voltage is 48V, and the corresponding output voltage of the original charger is about 59V; the 60V battery, the corresponding original output voltage is 73.5V. 2 Look at the battery to judge the voltage: Generally, there are several batteries in a battery pack. The model is 6-DZM-12/20, which is 6, which means that each battery is 12V. So, you see how many batteries in your own electric car, 4 batteries are 48V. For 8-DZM-12/20 batteries, each battery is 16V, and 4 batteries are 64V.
2. Determine the battery capacity AH of your electric vehicle battery, or the output current of the original charger. 1 Look at the original charger to determine the capacity: the original charger's output current is 1.8A, indicating that the battery is 12AH. 2 Look at the battery to judge the voltage: Generally, the batteries in the battery box have a written model, such as 6-DZM-12, 12 means a 12AH battery, 6-DZM-20, 20 means a 20AH battery. 3 Judging according to the mileage of a run on a charge: Generally speaking, a 12AH charger is more suitable for a battery that is about 1 year old and runs 25-40 kilometers at a time. For those running 45-60 kilometers, 20AH is more suitable.
3. Determine the positive and negative shape of the charger interface suitable for your electric vehicle. There are 4 kinds of common interfaces in the market, T-shaped product header, three vertical product header, middle horizontal product header, and round header.
